AITIA and Chinese Partners Strengthen Greater Bay Area–ASEAN Trade Cooperation


On 11 June 2026, at the Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Asian-International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), in collaboration with the Chinese Enterprise Going Global Ecosystem Alliance, organized the “Greater Bay Area–ASEAN Business Matching Conference” to promote trade, investment, and business cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.
The event was led by Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen, President of AITIA, who headed a delegation of Thai entrepreneurs. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Xiaobiao Xie, Chairman of the Chinese Enterprise Going Global Ecosystem Alliance and President of the Shenzhen Service Trade Association.


During the event, Mr. Xie highlighted the strong foundation of Thailand–China economic relations and emphasized the significant opportunities for cooperation in emerging industries. He also expressed his commitment to strengthening business connectivity between the two countries.
Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen reaffirmed the importance of collaboration between both organizations in supporting Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs to expand into international markets more effectively.

Following the opening remarks, entrepreneurs from both countries participated in business matching sessions to explore future trade and investment opportunities.
The conference demonstrated the shared commitment of both sides to deepening economic cooperation and creating sustainable growth opportunities between China, Thailand, and the ASEAN region.
