On January 24, 2025, Mr. Wu Zhiyi, Honorary Chairman of the Asian – International Trade and Investment Association, visited Mr. Sanchai Numboonnam, General Manager of Informa Markets Thailand, to extend his warm wishes for the Chinese New Year and strengthen institutional relations.
Beyond this special occasion, the two leaders also discussed the preparation of Intermach 2025, which is scheduled to take place from May 13-17, 2025, at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Recognized as one of the largest exhibitions for machinery and manufacturing technology in Southeast Asia, the event will gather global industry experts, entrepreneurs, and investors to showcase cutting-edge innovations and solutions aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and driving Thailand’s economic growth.
During the meeting, AITIA reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the promotion and participation of enterprises within its network, particularly from China, which plays a vital role in regional industrial development.
