This new regulation, announced by the Immigration Bureau of Thailand, aims to modernize and streamline the immigration process for international arrivals while enhancing security and efficiency at border checkpoints.
The TDAC is not a visa but a digital entry form that must be completed online prior to arrival.

This system has been developed to support Thailand’s transition to digital immigration and is part of a broader effort to accommodate growing cross-border business, tourism, and investment activities.

Travelers are strongly advised to use only the official TDAC website. There are reports of fraudulent websites impersonating the TDAC system, which may collect personal data or charge unauthorized fees.

Guidance for International Delegations and Business Visitors
The Asian – International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA) recommends that all international delegates, business representatives, and event participants traveling to Thailand from May 2025 onward complete the TDAC registration no later than 3 days prior to travel.
