
On October 19, 2025, during the “2025 CIC Cultural Brand Going Global Conference (中国创造——2025CIC文化品牌出海大会)” held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China,
the Asian–International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), led by Ms. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen, Honorary Chairperson, together with Mr. Sonny Soratchabhumi Hnunbhakdi Sukkasem, Founder of Siamese Film Art, signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Hangzhou Guansheng Culture Communication Co., Ltd., represented by Ms. Shu Chang, General Manager.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between Thailand and China in the film, animation, and online game industries, focusing on the “New Cultural Trinity” — online literature, web series, and online games — to deepen creative and cultural exchange between the two nations.
The collaboration covers multiple areas, including:
- Mutual participation in film, animation, and cultural exhibitions and festivals in both countries;
- Support for cultural competitions and awards such as Siamese Film Art 2026 and the Golden Monkey Award;
- Joint IP development, co-production of creative content, and exchange of high-quality intellectual properties;
- Market access support, policy consultation, and business matching services for creative enterprises in Thailand and China.

During the conference, Mr. Sonny Soratchabhumi Hnunbhakdi Sukkasem also delivered a keynote presentation titled “Asia Cinema Con – Thailand’s Gateway for Asian Content Collaboration”, highlighting Thailand’s strong potential as a regional hub for film production, international festivals, and creative collaboration.
This signing marks a significant step in strengthening the partnership between the Thai and Chinese film and animation industries, paving the way for sustainable creative cooperation and cultural growth on the global stage.
