On June 25, 2025, a delegation from the Asian International Trade and Investment Association, led by Honorary Chairwoman Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuercharoen, Honorary Advisor Mr. Eakawut Juercharoen, and Honorary Chair Mr. Wu Zhiyi, visited the Weifang National Agricultural Comprehensive Zone Promotion Office and was warmly received by Deputy Director Mr. Wan Qingwei. The two sides discussed the participation of Weifang agricultural enterprises in the Thailand Farm Expo 2025, with the Deputy Director confirming support and plans to organize a business delegation to expand agricultural cooperation and markets between China and Thailand.
On the same day, the delegation organized a seminar titled “Digital Going Global: Winning ASEAN – Breaking Through Thailand’s New E-commerce Arena with Shandong (Weifang) Brands,” presented by Mr. Wu Zhiyi. Over 80 Weifang entrepreneurs attended the seminar, which covered market trends in Thailand and ASEAN, investment precautions, market entry channels, competitive advantages, and opportunities for future cooperation.
After the seminar, many entrepreneurs met with the association delegation, introducing product samples to Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuercharoen and exploring possibilities for future collaboration.
