On February 24, 2025, the Asian International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA) warmly welcomed a delegation from Shenzhen HuWei Network Technology Co., Ltd. at the Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics Institute, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (4th Floor, Room 402) in Bangkok. Both parties discussed potential collaborations in business and technology before signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to foster business development and expand networks between Thailand and China in the future.
During the meeting, AITIA introduced the “Thailand E-Commerce Selection’s Expo (TESE)” or “泰国跨境电商选品展览会,” a Thai e-commerce selection fair scheduled for September 2025. The event aims to strengthen Thailand’s e-commerce capabilities on a global scale, serving as a platform for entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators in the online trading sector to connect. A comprehensive overview of Thailand—covering the economy, investment opportunities, tourism industry, and culture—was also presented to underscore the country’s readiness and commitment to international collaboration.
This meeting marks another significant step in enhancing business ties between Thailand and China through mutual cooperation in technology and network expansion. It is expected to yield sustainable benefits for the e-commerce sector and the overall economy of both countries.
