AITIA Speakers Highlight Thailand Market Opportunities at “Shijiazhuang Products Going Global – Thailand–Shijiazhuang Business Matching Conference”
On 23 June 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, People’s Republic of China, Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharorn, President of the Asian-International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), led an association delegation to participate in the “Shijiazhuang Products Going Global – Thailand–Shijiazhuang Business Matching Conference”, organized by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Commerce. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Guanghui Chen, Level II Consultant of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
AITIA was honored to present three distinguished speakers who shared practical insights into Thailand’s trade, investment, and consumer markets with Chinese enterprises seeking international expansion.
Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharorn opened the session by highlighting Thailand’s strategic role as a gateway to ASEAN and emphasizing the country’s importance as an international market for Chinese businesses.
Mr. Zhiyi Wu, Honorary President of AITIA, presented an overview of Thailand’s economy, consumer behavior, and the latest developments in Thailand–China trade relations, providing participants with valuable market intelligence.
Mr. Eakavud Chuecharoen, Adviser to AITIA, concluded the seminar by sharing perspectives from Thai entrepreneurs on current market demand, particularly for consumer products distributed through both online and offline channels. He also emphasized Hebei Province’s strong competitive advantage in e-commerce development and its potential for deeper commercial cooperation with Thailand.
Following the seminar, many Shijiazhuang enterprises expressed strong interest in expanding into the Thai market. Products represented included pet food, machinery parts, traditional Chinese medicine products, and other industrial and consumer goods. Several companies also expressed their intention to participate in the Thailand E-Commerce Selection Expo 2026 (TESE 2026), to be held from 6–8 August 2026 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Thailand, viewing the exhibition as an important platform for connecting with Thai businesses and exploring new market opportunities.
