Asian-International Trade and Investment Association Delegation Meets with China Overseas Development Association (CODA) to Discuss Investment Cooperation

On June 22, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen, President of the Asian-International Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), led a delegation to visit the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, to discuss investment cooperation and explore opportunities for strengthening economic collaboration between Thailand and China.
The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Jiang Yun, Secretary General of CODA, together with Ms. Li Jingjing, Head of Business Development Division II, responsible for ASEAN affairs. During the meeting, both organizations introduced their backgrounds, missions, capabilities, and experiences in promoting international investment, as well as their achievements in supporting business communities and facilitating cross-border investment activities.


Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen presented the Association’s services and its comprehensive One Stop Service platform designed to assist Chinese enterprises seeking investment opportunities in Thailand. The services cover business consultation, government and private-sector coordination, and investment facilitation. Both organizations recognized their shared mission of promoting international investment and agreed that there is significant potential for future cooperation.
Mr. Jiang Yun also expressed his intention to lead Chinese business delegations to Thailand for investment promotion activities. On this occasion, he formally invited Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuecharoen to lead a Thai delegation to participate in the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFair), scheduled to be held in Beijing this November. Following the meeting, representatives from both organizations took a commemorative group photograph to mark the occasion and reaffirm their commitment to future collaboration.
