Historic Signing Ceremony: Creating a Bridge for Thai-Shenzhen Service Sector Opportunities
[Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China] – On December 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM, Ms. Chamaiporn Jueajaroen, President of the Asian-Universal Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), attended a key meeting at the invitation of Mr. Xie Xiaobiao, President of the Shenzhen Service Trade Association, along with the association’s senior executives. The goal was to discuss and reinforce the economic relationship between Thailand and Shenzhen.

The discussion focused on promoting trade and investment in the service sector between Thailand and Shenzhen. Both parties extensively exchanged information on the current economic situation and trade policies of their respective regions.
- Driving Shenzhen Enterprises into the Thai Market: The Shenzhen Service Trade Association is committed to rallying potential enterprises from Shenzhen to participate in trade shows and various activities organized by AITIA in Thailand in 2026. This initiative aims to help Shenzhen businesses enter the Thai market more effectively and sustainably.
- Official Establishment of the Representative Office: Following the successful discussion, both parties officially announced the establishment of the Representative Office of the Shenzhen Service Trade Association, Southeast Asia Branch, in Thailand. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony and a plaque presentation were held to symbolize the commencement of this significant partnership.

A Crucial Step for Service Trade Hub:
The establishment of this Representative Office in Thailand marks a crucial step, as it will serve as a coordination hub to promote service trade activities and facilitate investment between Shenzhen and the Southeast Asian region.
Both Ms. Chamaiporn and Mr. Xie Xiaobiao expressed strong optimism that this meeting and signing ceremony will be a solid foundation for long-term cooperation, and they look forward to jointly working to further enhance the value of Thai-Shenzhen service trade in the future.
