
The Asian-Universal Trade and Investment Association (AITIA) reaffirmed its commitment to promoting international economic cooperation by playing a significant role in organizing the “Thailand – China Digital Economic Summit 2025,” held successfully at Phoenix 1 Room, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The Summit aimed to define the direction and accelerate the creation of new opportunities in the digital economy era between Thailand and the People’s Republic of China.

Session 1: Opening Ceremony and Keynote Addresses by Senior Leaders
The Summit commenced with registration at 1:30 PM, followed by welcoming remarks and the official opening session, graced by high-level leaders and experts from both nations.
Khun Chamaiporn Juecharoen, Honorary President of the Asian-Universal Trade and Investment Association (AITIA), participated in the opening remarks from 2:15 PM to 2:20 PM, emphasizing AITIA’s role as a bridge connecting trade and investment opportunities across Asia.
The session also featured the opening address and keynote speech on the “Digital Thailand 4.0 Strategy and Thailand – China Cooperation Trends” delivered by Acting Sub Lt. Thanasit Eiamananchai, Inspector General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), and a speech by Li Hong, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Information Industry Association.

Session 2: Presenting Digital Technology Visions and Trends
The presentation session (2:20 PM – 3:50 PM) featured in-depth exchanges across various dimensions of the digital economy, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software technologies.
- AI and Industrial Innovation:
- Presentation on “New Approaches and Opportunities for Cooperation in AI+Agriculture between Thailand and China” by Zhang Jie, Technical Expert, SINOMACH Digital Technology Corporation.
- Topic: “Empowering Industries with Digital and AI Technologies for Overseas Market Expansion” by Zhao Yingjie, Director of Foreign Investment Department, NINGBO LYDD E-COMMERCE CO.,LTD.
- Topic: “Case Study: Unlocking Business Efficiency with AI Strategies” by Dr. Chanwit Boonchuay, President of the Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneur Association of Thailand (AIEAT).
2. The Digital Hub Direction and Software:

- Hasadin Kampiranont, Director of Asset Management Office, DEPA, presented on “The Future of Thailand’s Digital Economy: Highlights, Directions, and the Step towards Becoming a Digital Hub.”
- An analysis of trends was provided on the topic “Analyzing Cooperation Trends in the Software Industry between Thailand and China” by Khun Thanapol Torsittidejkul, Vice President of the Thai Software Industry Association.
- Xu Huan, CEO of Huancai Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., presented on “How SaaS Industrial Design Software Will Drive New Opportunities in Smart Manufacturing and Digital Supply Chain in Thailand.”
3. Human Resource Development and Global Challenges:

- Khun Khemmanarin Ruttana-umponwan, Vice President of the Digital Council of Thailand, delivered a presentation titled “Future Ready: Upskill & Reskill Thailand’s Digital Strategy to Keep Pace with the AI Era.”
- Mao Junhao, Senior Representative in Thailand for ZKH Industrial Supply, discussed “Bottlenecks and Challenges — Overseas Market Expansion for Chinese Enterprises in MRO and Indirect Procurement.”

Historic Cooperation Signing Ceremony
The Summit concluded with the announcement of the significant “Report on the Development of China-Thailand Digital Economic Cooperation,” followed by the official announcement of the establishment of the Thailand-China Digital Economy Cooperation Coordination Office.

The pinnacle of the event was the Signing Ceremony for China-Thailand Digital Economy Cooperation Projects, marking a crucial step in formalizing the cooperation mechanism. The Summit concluded at 4:20 PM with an award presentation to the exemplary enterprises in Thailand – China Digital Economic Cooperation.
