On the morning of June 26, 2025, a delegation from the Asian International Trade and Investment Association, led by Honorary Chairwoman Mrs. Chamaiporn Chuercharoen, Honorary Advisor Mr. Eakawut Juercharoen, and Honorary Chair Mr. Wu Zhiyi, visited the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce and was warmly welcomed by Deputy Director Mr. Yu Hao. Both sides discussed potential cooperation in various areas.
The association invited the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce and local enterprises to participate in the Thailand E-Commerce Selection Expo 2025 (TESE 2025), which will be held from September 25–27, 2025, at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok. They also discussed cooperation on the “Thai Influencers Visit China Project,” aiming to enhance Qingdao’s city and brand image among Thai consumers.
Additionally, both sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral trade and exploring cooperation linked to the Qingdao International Beer Festival, which will take place in August. They agreed to maintain close communication to promote future collaborative activities.
